I am not in-network with any insurance plan, so full payment for sessions is due at the time of service.

My fees are as follows (all prices in USD):

Nervous System Healing Intensives (short-term, deep-dive work via extended sessions) begin at $1,350.

Sessions can be scheduled online in Colorado & worldwide.

FOR INDIVIDUALS: I am currently booking Intensives only.

An Intensive program consists of 3 90-min sessions scheduled across 1-2 weeks. This format allows for focused, accelerated, and deep-dive work. The fee per Intensive program is $1,350. To learn more about Intensives, click here.
If you would like to continue working together after an Intensive program, you have the option to book 90-min sessions on an ongoing basis (biweekly, monthly, or as needed). The fee per 90-min session is $450.

FOR COUPLES: I have limited availability for weekly therapy.

I have limited spots available for weekly 60-min sessions (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays). To inquire about available spots & request an intro call, please email me at liz@seasonsofgrowthcounseling.com, or fill out the contact form further down this page.
