ABOUT THE HOST
Hi, I’m Liz — a neurodivergent therapist of color, coach, & speaker (MA, LPC, she/her). I help highly sensitive, neurodivergent adults & couples heal their nervous systems and connect with their authentic selves, through brain-body modalities like: Brainspotting, EMDR, IFS, Psychedelic Integration, and Nervous System Intensives (deep-dive, accelerated therapy). My services are available online in Colorado & worldwide.
I created the Nervous System Care & Healing podcast in order to make education on nervous system health & collective healing accessible to anyone who may wish to receive it.
With care & solidarity,
Liz
