My fees are as follows:
$225 per 50-minute session for individuals
$275 per 60-minute session for couples
We’ll meet for weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on your needs & goals.
Sliding-scale spots are full at this time.
Nervous System Intensives start at $1,350.
Intensives can be scheduled on a one-time basis, or as recurring programs (monthly, quarterly, annual basis). Exact cost depends on your specific program.
As your therapist, I commit fully to your process. I reserve time & energy specifically for our sessions, and ask you to be equally dedicated so that we can do our best work together.
In order to effectively serve my clients, I carefully limit how many people I choose to work with at a given time. This allows me to avoid burnout and be fully present with you.
Outside of therapy sessions, I participate in ongoing trainings, consultation, readings, learning spaces, and community events. I am committed to staying up-to-date on best therapy practices, inclusive frameworks, and holistic modalities so that I can continue to provide high-quality care.

Full payment for sessions is due at the time of service.
I accept debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards for payment. Please check with your individual HSA/FSA plan around coverage for services and any potential gaps for eligibility.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that a diagnosis is required as part of the superbill paperwork.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
for weekly therapy
To ensure consistent therapy progress, clients are expected to attend weekly or biweekly sessions. To accommodate unexpected changes, clients are allowed 4 free cancellations per year with at least 2 business days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 2 business days in advance or exceeding the 4 free cancellations will incur the full session fee.
